South Coast Swimming Championships 2018

This past weekend both the Men's and Women's swim programs competed in their South Coast Swimming Championships. Every swimmer made it back to swim in the finals session at night and scored points for the team. Key swimmers who scored were Genesis Carballo (6th in the 400 IM - new team record, 5th in 200 fly - new team record and 13th in the 500 free); Tamara Vasquez (8th in 200 back, 13th 200 fly and 10th in 400 IM); Kimberly Hernandez (9th in 400 IM, 11th 100 Breaststroke and 10th in 200 Breaststroke); Yolanda Rojas (11th in 200 IM, 9th in 200 Breaststroke and 14th in 200 Fly; Karina Mejia (14th 100 Fly); Audree Baldizon (9th in the 1650 Free, 14th In 100 Back and 10th in 100 Back); Jennifer Rodriguez (16th 200 Breaststroke); Micheal Fierro (13th In 100 Back and 14th in 200 Back).
Best times with huge time drops were also recorded by Jose Martinez, Alexy Tselevich, Solomon Yanez, Jose Felix Cruz, Christopher Rodriguez, Darlyn Villamil, Julie Vasquez and Keren Sosa!
We are proud of our swimmers and their accomplishments! We will miss you, seniors!
