Men's Basketball on an 8-Game Win Streak
The Beavers' recent success includes a championship trophy from the 2018 SBCC Classic
LOS ANGELES - After dropping their first two games of the season, the Beavers Men's Basketball team have gone undefeated, winning their last eight games in a row in a streak that began all the way back on November 10.
Most recently, the Beavers brought home a championship trophy from the 2018 Santa Barbara City College Classic, defeating College of the Desert, College of the Canyons, and Bakersfield, all by double-digit margins on route to the title. In addition to the team's trophy, Fredelin Dela Cruz and Mark Chin also brought home individual tournament honors.
The Beavers get back to work on Friday, December 28 against Orange Coast in the Cougar Holiday Classic, hosted by College of the Canyons. Their next home game is on Friday, January 4, 2019, against LA Harbor.
